SLBAAC's Online Membership Application is, well,... →
The SLBAAC Web Development and ASCII Art Committee has released the new version of the our online membership application. All applications are reviewed and prospective members are notified within in one (1) week of submission.

SLBAAC OPEN HOUSE A SUCCESS (obviously)
Neither the threat of rain nor the slight chill in the air could stop SLBAAC from holding our Membership Open House on Saturday March 26th. Membership Committee Chair Thomas and other SLBAAC members were on hand at the Park at the Silver Lake Recreation Center to meet prospective new members, take applications and discuss developments in the community, the state of the sport and adventuring.

Ok team, the community outreach branch of SLBAAC has been hard at work getting posters for this weekends membership open house put up around town. They’re also having some t-shirts made, which got us thinking:

Crime Solver Case File 004224: The Death of...
We’ve just gotten our crime scene photos back from the lab and present them here, as is SLBAAC protocol, so members of other committees within SLBAAC may consider the evidence as well.

Recently some new media filmmakers approached us about documenting the exploits of our Crime Solving Committee. At first we were hesitant, but when they assured us it would look like cinema and not “The Real Crime Solvers of Silver Lake” we decided to let them take a shot. So far we’re pleased with the results.
